Crown Plaza in Ankara is a great and very comfortable place to stay. The stuff is courteous and helpful at evey time of the day. The Rooms are extraordinary clean; u just feel well while staying there. The breakfast was great and balanced with a large selection. In addition, the room service‘s food is soo good. We tried the wrap with beef and cheese, and also the vegetarian pizza - pure heaven!

Location is perfect and staff are very friendly. Especially Ms. Sara who is guest relations is very kind and doing her best to fix everything with support of her colleagues.

The service and organization of the New Year Eve was excellent and at the high level. The food and the alcohol were good in the New Year Eve.

Just a night here for working reason. We asked for a check-in in the first hours of the morning, the reception let me waiting for half an hour but then they offered me a superior room to apologize. Appreciated very much!
